Return Time Frame You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer service team at customerservice@vegan-cosmic-universe.com to start the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and documentation.

Send It Back: Address your package to our returns warehouse (address provided upon return request).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
